How much does a virtual assistant cost?
With VirtualTask360, plans start at $399 a month for 40 hours, about $10 an hour. Part-time (80 hours) is $749 a month and full-time (160 hours) is $1,399 a month. US virtual assistant agencies typically charge $36 to $65 an hour.
Is there a setup fee or long contract?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. You pay monthly and can change or cancel your plan with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I don't use all my hours?
Hours are per calendar month and don't roll over unless we agree it in writing. Your monthly review is the time to move to a smaller or larger plan.
What if I need more hours one month?
Tell us and we'll add extra hours at your plan's hourly rate, or move you to the next plan.
Do I pay for software my assistant uses?
Your assistant works in your existing tools. If a task needs a new tool, we'll suggest free options first and only add paid ones with your approval.
How do I pay?
We invoice monthly in advance in US dollars. Payment details are on the invoice.
