VirtualTask360 provides virtual assistant services to businesses. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean VirtualTask360. If you have any question about your data, email info.virtualtask360@gmail.com.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
If you are in the UK or EU, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and your consent where we ask for it.
We only share data with services we need to run the business, such as our web host and email provider, and with the assistant assigned to your account. Every assistant signs a non-disclosure agreement. We may also share data when the law requires it.
Our team is based in India and our providers may store data in other countries. When we transfer personal data from the UK or EU, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually up to 7 years. Access to your accounts and tools is removed the day a contract ends.
Logins are shared through a password manager, never in plain text. Access is limited to the people who need it and removed when it is no longer needed.
You can ask to see, correct, delete or download your personal data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info.virtualtask360@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
